The Genesis512 palette contains all colors of the RGB 9-bit space, manually organized in a manner that's usable for artists.
For maximal accuracy, all RGB values are snapped to the Sega Genesis VDP color ramp. More information about the VDP color ramp here: VDP Color Ramp
Disclaimer: These were manually sorted, so ordering errors are possible.

Install instructions
Photoshop: Load the *.aco file into your swatches.
Aseprite: Load the *.gpl file into your swatches.
